Pros

Very relaxed as far as management goes. No one constantly over your shoulder. Everyone treated everyone like family. You also get two days off out of the week.

Cons

Supervisors and employees not being paid enough for the amount of work that they do. Every account has irate customers. Breaks can be as little as 30 minutes depending on call volume, no set break times.

Pros

Remote work possible for some contracts.

Cons

Pay. Pay varies according to contract and the Metrics are often times unattainable. I took a $1.25 pay cut after the company lost the contract that I was originally hired for. Almost 2 years later, working my 4th contract and still no raise. Always getting moved around and it seems like I stay in training just as much as real time work. No bonus option while in training.
