Pros

I love that this job gives you 40 plus hours, you never have to keep asking for more hours because you get plenty. I also love that it is very flexible when it comes to asking for a day off. And something's that great about the job is that we get paid time off as well as benefits.

Cons

Like a lot of jobs, favoritism is a thing. Supervisors will write up agents for things that other agents weren't. Also, it's a very unprofessional environment. You can't have people work the rest of your shift and you can't take more than a 30 min lunch in a 9-10 hour day. Also the agents have to keep a look out on their time sheet because there's always time missing and you HAVE to find where the missing time is coming from even if it's system calculated.

Pros

Remote work possible for some contracts.

Cons

Pay. Pay varies according to contract and the Metrics are often times unattainable. I took a $1.25 pay cut after the company lost the contract that I was originally hired for. Almost 2 years later, working my 4th contract and still no raise. Always getting moved around and it seems like I stay in training just as much as real time work. No bonus option while in training.
