Pros

Great people to work with. I love the client I work for. We do fundraising and have events that help with Morale.

Cons

Salary is only increased on a scaled merit system and goals are often set for you to fail. They will even tell you this. You have the choice to work less efficiently and get done faster or do a good job for the company and not gain anything for yourself. I have pride and do a good job so I rarely get raises. ANY sick time is considered unexcused and will keep you from getting a raise. Difficult to gain financial success.

Pros

Remote work possible for some contracts.

Cons

Pay. Pay varies according to contract and the Metrics are often times unattainable. I took a $1.25 pay cut after the company lost the contract that I was originally hired for. Almost 2 years later, working my 4th contract and still no raise. Always getting moved around and it seems like I stay in training just as much as real time work. No bonus option while in training.
