      Love the people that work there...especially my team.

      Cons

      Worse company I ever worked for. Lack of communication. Lack of consistency. Upper management has their favorites. No Everyone is held accountable except middle management. Regret I ever worked there! Management is not trustworthy. Never keeps promises and change rules to suit their agenda.

      Remote work possible for some contracts.

      Cons

      Pay. Pay varies according to contract and the Metrics are often times unattainable. I took a $1.25 pay cut after the company lost the contract that I was originally hired for. Almost 2 years later, working my 4th contract and still no raise. Always getting moved around and it seems like I stay in training just as much as real time work. No bonus option while in training.
