      Pros

      Bonuses and can make a lot of money if you're a good collector. You will get hired.

      Cons

      People are unprofessional - from stealing food in the fridge, inappropriate work attire, disgusting bathroom manners. Anyone can get hired and anyone can get fired. No degree needed for any position. Hard to move up the ladder. Higher management is a clique. It is definitely a favoritism kind of company. Terrible benefits. They don't match 401k's. Most people seek health insurance outside of the company.

      Remote work possible for some contracts.

      Cons

      Pay. Pay varies according to contract and the Metrics are often times unattainable. I took a $1.25 pay cut after the company lost the contract that I was originally hired for. Almost 2 years later, working my 4th contract and still no raise. Always getting moved around and it seems like I stay in training just as much as real time work. No bonus option while in training.
