Thorough training, that's the only positive thing.

Cons

High turnover, typical call center environment, strict documentation required on every call, graded randomly on monitored calls by not only your immediate supervisor but a ghost ninja team of people that will give you low scores from minor blips.

Pros

It's a steady paycheck with decent health insurance options.

Cons

There is very little room for advancement. The company is loyal to those already in management, regardless of how poorly they preform and how many employees they lose as a result. No amount of effort nor performance on your part will change that. There is no discussing issues involving management with HR. The environment is toxic and unprofessional. The salaries offered are at the lowest point of the spectrum for the industries they support.
