It is a paycheck. If you need the money, and this is the only one available, then take it to pay your bills. Leave as soon as you can find another job.
Cons
Lies are told from the beginning. The goals change from month to month, call volume decreases which makes it extremely difficult to meet your goals and you are blamed for it. Supervisors are very unprofessional and no matter how well you improve, there is something else you are doing wrong. The performance based pay is a JOKE because only 10 percent will actually do well and they show this diagram to you, but word it so it sounds like everyone can be in that top 10 percent. Bonuses are pennies on the dollar, but made to seem like several hundreds of dollars. When more than the expected amount of people bonus, then supervisors are fired because they are considered cheating the system and the goals are raised so no one in the entire center meets goal for two months straight. Very few supervisors are honest and ethical. THis company relies on high turnover. It is actually more profitable for them to fire people every three months than to keep them.
