Pros

Full time schedule, offers overtime

Cons

I worked at iqor in Tempe the year of 2013 I was fired based on my performance level. I was also bullied by my manager at the time I don’t remember her name. I remember I worked for one of the cell phone carries that collect payment from customers paying their phone bill. The thing I witnessed when I worked here I wish I would have spoken up and said something back than and got my manager in trouble for bullying. She pointed out the things I did wrong on the job to another coworker of mines who sat right next to her desk that’s unprofessional. I really hope she got fired from this place. Instead of laughing at me and making fun of a person who has learning disabilities this company should have tried harder to accommodate people like myself that struggled alittle on the job.

Pros

Remote work possible for some contracts.

Cons

Pay. Pay varies according to contract and the Metrics are often times unattainable. I took a $1.25 pay cut after the company lost the contract that I was originally hired for. Almost 2 years later, working my 4th contract and still no raise. Always getting moved around and it seems like I stay in training just as much as real time work. No bonus option while in training.
