Pros

Some competent management exists....barely. If you get the luck of the scheduling gods and end up with a decent manager, then it is a worthwhile venture.

Cons

Everything from management to equipment and the policies surronding them all are lacking. During my time, I went through 3 machines, each worse than the previous, 4 different teams due to reshuffling (vendor contract, and turnover). Nothing was ever consistent or concrete. AVOID at all cost

Pros

Remote work possible for some contracts.

Cons

Pay. Pay varies according to contract and the Metrics are often times unattainable. I took a $1.25 pay cut after the company lost the contract that I was originally hired for. Almost 2 years later, working my 4th contract and still no raise. Always getting moved around and it seems like I stay in training just as much as real time work. No bonus option while in training.
