      They claim they promote from within but they don't They will offer you a promotion and you will work that position but you will not receive that title nor pay Also high turn around on low level employees DO NOT Trust Hr they are there to protect the Supervisors

      Remote work possible for some contracts.

      Cons

      Pay. Pay varies according to contract and the Metrics are often times unattainable. I took a $1.25 pay cut after the company lost the contract that I was originally hired for. Almost 2 years later, working my 4th contract and still no raise. Always getting moved around and it seems like I stay in training just as much as real time work. No bonus option while in training.
