      Flexible schedules, large break room, break rooms on each floor, multiple projects on site, diversity, tuition reimbursement, insurance and pay advance options, different departments to choose from

      Low pay, high stress, angry customers due to nature of collections, pressure from supervisors/ upper management with unrealistic expectations

      Remote work possible for some contracts.

      Cons

      Pay. Pay varies according to contract and the Metrics are often times unattainable. I took a $1.25 pay cut after the company lost the contract that I was originally hired for. Almost 2 years later, working my 4th contract and still no raise. Always getting moved around and it seems like I stay in training just as much as real time work. No bonus option while in training.
