      Synchrony Bank was okay before, but after the pandemic, the PH managers started focusing only on numbers and on earning money for themselves, without considering their employees.

      Remote work possible for some contracts.

      Cons

      Pay. Pay varies according to contract and the Metrics are often times unattainable. I took a $1.25 pay cut after the company lost the contract that I was originally hired for. Almost 2 years later, working my 4th contract and still no raise. Always getting moved around and it seems like I stay in training just as much as real time work. No bonus option while in training.
