Pros
Work from home and that's it
Cons
Stay clear of this company especially if you're looking at roles other than base level sales jobs. They pride themselves on pushing people over the edge and working them to death. Every single manager for every single department is overworked, understaffed, and expected to eat, sleep, and breathe their work. Working 12 hour days is expected. HR tells you in the interview process that you can have great work life balance and simply block off your calendar if you need to take your kid to school or walk your dog and that's absolutely a lie. I've seen people yelled at by upper management for being offline to pick up their kid. Everything relies on the COOs approval and involvement and they're never available and expect you to work outside hours to accommodate them. Make sure you ask about the turnover rate for each department. New sales leader, new HR, all new marketing team, and more all within 6 months. People leave because of burnout...just ask previous employees via LinkedIn if you don't believe me. If you're competent they'll just pile on work until you break and yell at you constantly for failing to meet their expectations. If you want a work life balance and work that's meaningful go somewhere else. If you're good at taking orders you might survive. So many people are looking for other jobs. There is no culture here and a mandatory off-site will not help make it better. They need to hire more people and stop giving all the work to the few competent leaders we have left. Also believe the other poor reviews and look at the pattern here - 60 hour weeks are insane. This is a bad company.
