- Mostly remote - Unlimited PTO - Highly engaged senior management team - High growth organization - Room for upward mobility - Extremely intelligent team

Cons

To be honest, I do not see many cons working here. We are a start-up, so employees are expected to wear many hats, but I thrive in that type of environment. There are also some growing pains with being a start-up, but the pros far outweigh the cons.

The team members still showed up. • Formal requests for essential tools disappeared into an approval process that never ended • Those in charge blamed budget constraints while continuing to hire more staff • Half my time was spent creating systems that should have already been in place • Every report suffered because of missing resources • Work came to a standstill whenever specialized tools were required

• Equipment and infrastructure needed to do the work simply did not exist
