There was no direction in training, and I saw red flags of a potential toxic work environment. Employees seem to get fired often/high turnover rate/people leaving often.

You will be doing the work of 3 people at once and be told that it is not considered “exceeding expectations”. Some days you won’t get to have lunch until 6-7 hours into your shift depending on how packed the manufacturing schedule is for the day. The manager watches you through the cameras all day everyday. The PTO policy is horrible: accrued with no sick days, no FMLA leave until 1 year of employment. Write ups are passed out like candy.
