Pros

Entry-level jobs are easy and provide a good opportunity to make the most of your own professional growth. The company is diverse enough that it allows one to find a role that best fits your skill set and professional goals. The job stability is high and allows time to balance life and work, as well as pursue additional education and certifications.

Cons

You won't get promoted unless you promote yourself and stand out from the masses. Everyone wants to make more money, and GW is very conservative, however if you don't take risks and put you ass on the line, you won't get noticed. People rarely spend more than three years in the same department, however I know people who have been with the company for over ten years in various roles.
