I was encouraged to ask questions and make suggestions. A place to grow personally and professionally. Was challanged and had support from management when needed.

Cons

There were some growth opportunities I requested that were turned down and I didn't understand why.

Supportive management, conservative strategies that have fostered significant growth in tough times. Positive reputation in the marketplace. Long tenure with most employees.

Cons

With our conservative nature we do not lead in some areas of technology. Because of the long tenure not a lot of higher level positions open up.
