Decent Benefits. Try to stay competitive with the industry.

Prefer "Yes Men". Do not want you to question things or think outside their tiny defined box for you. Not a place that fosters innovation. If you are okay doing whatever your boss tells you to do (even if it is morally or ethically wrong) then this is the perfect place!

Good benefits. Lots of social events to promote the community and team bonding. Organized system in general. Lots of support available for help.

Cons

Success in company heavily depends on favouritism rather than competency. Harsh terms to senior AND junior employees that have been loyal to the company when they are laying off workers.

Employees are expected to carry out their job with little or no direction or support from management thT doesn't have a plan. One month you may be working towards a goal until management decides that is not important anymore, regardless of how much time, effort or money they may have expended. Career advancement is nothing but talk as managers play favorites and promote based on popularity.
