      Good money, Bad executives

      Pros

      - Great pay and benefits package; excellent pension options. - Lots of learning opportunities and courses provided.

      Cons

      - WAY too top heavy; executive team doesn't seem to care about people, and this is only getting worse as the Spectra deal comes closer. - HR does not help with anything when you go to them for assistance, in fact, they asked ME to suggest a solution to the problem I asked for help with. WTH? - Current feeling is one of major stress. Everyone is walking on eggshells, and they have been this way for over 6 months, waiting to see if they will be let go. - Very uptight culture, run by old cronies.

      Good office space. Pay and benefits are competitive.

      Cons

      Contributions not recognized. Career options limited. Management will take advantage of your willingness to give an extra effort but then not recognize it.

      Pros

      Great pay, benefits, coworkers and training programs. Compensated extremely well to relocate and compensated extremely well when laid off as well.

      Cons

      Management is bent on cutting corners and re-writing standards to meet scorecard objectives which increases the likelihood and/or guarantees bonuses. Management is highly aggressive and bullying. They have no Respect for their direct reports and do not have the willingness to recognize and/or Respect mental illness. Instead they tell their reports that they should leave Enbridge, that no one is holding them back. Would never recommend this company to anyone.
