      Good salary and bonus Good benefits and defined benefit pension plan Good vacation policy

      Cons

      Company is going through a lot of change and it's chaotic. Morale is low because of the change and layoffs Management doesn't seem to care about the current state of the company and are only focused on the future

      Pros

      Great, hardworking coworkers makes Enbridge a better place. The job is also interesting. Management used to be good; not so much anymore...

      Cons

      Enbridge used to be a great place to work. Now it's not so great anymore. Contractors became expandable, and the compensation (for contractors) sucks! Communication with management has worsened over the past few months, despite the claims that the organizational changes were done to flatten the org hierarchy and improve communication. At this time, there is no prospect of career advancement, as people are being laid off and remaining people are having to do the extra job for the same money (or less - contractors recently received a 10% rate reduction).

      Good compensation. Wonderful colleagues. Challenge and interesting work. Company appears to align actions with professed values.

      Cons

      Intense hierarchy, long decision making process. Oil and gas environment uncertain. Currently not hiring much.
