SDO. Other than that, nothing. If you know how to talk and get away with delegating work and claiming it as your own, you will thrive.

Cons

Extremely toxic management. chaotic and super stressful. Nepotism. Favouritism. Old boys club. Work like dog and obey like slave. Constant watch your back or you are done. Sneaky people. Promotions based on if they like you. To survive, use vaseline. If you get an offer, ruuuunnnnn!

Cons

Well established ways of doing things can be difficult to change. Political correctness to a fault can get in the way of doing the right thing.
