      Pros

      - They have a great comprehensive compensation package (benefits, pension, salary). - There are many training opportunities throughout the year. - There are some great people working there.

      Cons

      - Company vision is not communicated and translated well down through middle management in a way that translates into aligned goals - The experience and expertise of front-line employees is not utilized well in management decisions - Non-managerial staff are not empowered to improve the workplace; people are not rewarded for showing courage and trying to change things for the better leading to a "good enough" culture

      Absolutely amazing employer, enjoyed working there everyday and learned so much, co - workers were also great, good environment

      there is no cons, maybe just parking situation was not ideal, had to pay from my own pocket, but it was still worth it.

      Review for Enbridge Gas Distrubution Colleagues in Operations team great to work with; supportive, helpful, and meshed well enough to have get-togethers outside of work hours. Competitive pay, great benefits in-house gym, free coffee 1 personal day off a month 3 weeks vacation starting

      Cons

      The upper management. Cronyism in placing people in management positions that they had no right being in (poor experience, horrible people management skills, poor decision-making) Human Resources was turning the company into "hey let's do silly make-work projects for ALL employees so we can make ourselves look good, while inconveniencing and wasting time for everyone else!"
