      Favoritism, Unrealistic Deadlines and Poor Salary

      Pros

      Decent health benefits, good mission statement, flexible hours depending on position and company is active in their community.

      Cons

      It’s who you know at this company…not your skillset. If you're not "part of the family" you don't have job security. Senior Leadership doesn’t lead and are quick to throw members of staff under the bus. No employee onboarding or formal training provided so you’re set up for failure. Overall, obvious displays of favoritism, unrealistic deadlines, and poor salary.

      Pros

      - intimate work environment - leadership empowers and trusts employees to make their own decisions - giving back to the community is a priority to leadership and encouraged - small business environment lends itself to a variety of challenges and opportunities to develop different skills

      Cons

      As with any small business, there are growing pains that are continually evolving. Among these include communication and too much dependence on owner.

      Pros

      Excellent mission, great vision. Team atmosphere and team oriented. Family-friendly environment. Really do care about each other and their "partners" (their clients). Great way to give back while working.

      Cons

      Frustrating communication at times. Does not pay as well as other places. Worried about job stability at times.
