      Parking Cafeteria In a safe city

      Cons

      Overworked Underpaid Short staffed Favoritism Unorganized Extreme performance punishment (if you’re decent employee you get rewarded with more work) Patients are often not appropriate for rehab level of care. CEO and upper administration take bonuses/benefits from floor staff to meet their bonus requirements. Administrative departments refer to patients as “anything with a heart beat”

      Pros

      mostly good leaders have had some great supervisors as well as team members ethical company decent benefits rewarding job

      Cons

      keep adding to expectations but dont cut caseloads causing longer hours lots of newer tasks that dont add value to patient care/outcomes and are time consuming. Outcomes should be a priority. not compensated adequately for extra hours and weekend expectations over last few years a lot of "perks" have been cut out. It can feel like employees are not a priority to c suite
