      Benefits package is good, insurance is pricey

      Cons

      Poor leadership, all of the members of leader ship have their own agenda there’s no common goal. That’s why the employee satisfaction stinks, as well as the patient satisfaction, leaders should lead by example. They lack character and a moral compass, exhibit questionable behaviors, and manage to dismiss or demand, resignations from any staff members that have the courage to question them or ask why everyone doesn’t have to follow the same rules. The culture is toxic.

      Pros

      Flexibility, pay is decent, work isn’t that hard, pumps and charting system is okay.

      Cons

      Supervisors are cliquey, the over facility is drama, they lost almost 5 people from when I started there . CNAs are allowed to talk to anyone any type of way and not do any work. Supervisors let you know they care about CNAs more. If you make a complaint there will be backlash and people find out and start confronting you. Work retaliation Is big here. The supervisors will start giving you hard assignments if you make complaints. They don’t care. Some people have to stay there because they are on a 3 year contract. BIG turn over rate.
