      Pros

      Good work culture with great people. Great team. Administrators are approachable and friendly.

      Cons

      Pay lags behind market average. Their staffing matrix is not built for the patients level of acuity. There a much more acute, sicker patients routinely admitted that are not good rehab candidates. None the less they staff assignments like you have straight forward, less acute patients.

      Pays well, work is easy

      Cons

      Administration is so focused on retaining nurding staff, they forget it is a REHAB hospital. Nursing care is poor, but therapies are great. Which keeps ratings up. Leadership has no medical experience out of this building, so their knowledge base is poor.

      The therapy team staff are wonderful people and have a good work environment.

      Cons

      Incentive for being a full time staff is that they help with tuition reimbursement but finds loopholes to not keep their word. it took me 8 months and everyday emails to get the process finished. Very Poor PRN and Full time staff pay. Very Demanding outcome measures (the list keeps getting longer) demanding on your body, mental health. ( under payed and overworked) Maternity leave SUCKS and consists of first using all of your PTO then STD is (60%) of your pay for 5 weeks.
