      The services offered to patients great! Leadership HORRIBLE

      Pros

      Having the opportunity to help patients, senior living communities, and healthcare clinicians by connecting them to services that are extremely helpful and in need.

      Cons

      Where to start? Leadership uses scare tactics to try and encourage performance. There is no value out into employees that are have the education and experience. Only seen as good as the number you bring in. Unrealistic expectations in a market where other companies are paying for referrals, only accepting Medicare patients while competitors are accepting Medicare and other commercial and private insurances. Leadership lacks diversity, check out the leadership for yourself.

      This is one of the only companies that pays salary on healthcare.

      Overwork their employees, pay became a disgrace after covid when they lowered salaries by 30% and increased caseload. Poor management

      Helping the patients recover and achieve their maximum functioning ability.

      Cons

      Equality for all is at the bottom of the list for this company. A black employee can expect to receive less than fair treatment and get disregarded when you complain. You will get reprimanded for any minor incidences while other non-black coworkers repeatedly violate the company policy. You can expect to receive the worst assignment in the building because the privileged ones influence the schedule. A hostile working environment is an understatement, they definitely will make it worse.
