Cons
Very toxic in a passive way. Fake positivity from the top down. Not a clear direction with work. Disingenuous with their communication. Would tell you one thing while another was happening. Training and direction to what was needed to do the role was practically nonexistent. I.E. would just throw work at you and say “oh ask so and so, they should know” and they would, in fact, not know. Or they would say check this system without any training or direction of how to use said system. Boss would rarely ever be “present” during meetings. Always felt like they were scrambling with how to lead. Reactive vs. proactive constantly. Dull, unsatisfying work. Never felt like we were actually trying to do good work, but more how can we get by. Career growth didn’t exist. There was nothing to grow into besides more unsatisfying work.
