A lot of responsibilities for one position. Commission structure sucks. Benefits are not that good.

Everyone is stressed. We're being demanded to do more with less constantly, even though management (at a national/international level) reports that we are making massive profits and exceeding our goals massively. There is no incentive to do anything more than the bare minimum and nobody feels like their contributions to good outcomes is appreciated properly... Annual performance reviews are not treated seriously by anybody in this warehouse. People are assigned goals that are irrelevant to their jobs, because the people at the top are out of touch and desperately want to see metrics like "98% of employees in the UK have achieved x qualification". Never mind that someone in the HR department will never, ever, be required to rig a conference room in a hotel with sound, AV and a small stage, they still need to do a qualification - as an example. The company name seems to be an epithet in the wider industry.
