      Great group of individuals working alongside your team, management is approachable and in good spirits, Flexible work hours and active day to day assignments, Great place to gain experience for someone going into a specialized program, slight opportunity for growth

      Cons

      Not benefits, Training/Onboarding can be difficult if you expect to be guided the whole way through- will need to take initiative in learning things yourself and asking questions. Sometimes the leadership rules can be confusing with so many managers helping out
