Pros

Manager. Location. Friendly and hard-working staff.

Cons

Upper management. Don’t care or listen to their own employees. All about profits, not care. Benefits. Greedy. Overworked. High burnout. Many physicians left after the merger. Would not recommend at all until major changes are made.

Pros

Hard working staff located at this facility

Cons

new managment over the last 6 months has had a lot of long term staff leave and we are left understaffed with new nurses that are new grads with no experieince. new grads end up training new gras, leaving a unsafe environment for staff and patients. New managment make it hard to work there. No raises for employees who have been there long term

Pros

Epic documentation, highly trained and professional staff, safe working conditions.

Cons

Focused on productivity versus time for necessary documentation and at times, highest quality patient care at times. Administration did not provide adequate support for non-clinical tasks to be completed to enable clinicians to get their work done. Minimal focus on diversity and inclusion.
