      pretty awesome if you are in the er

      - i get to see and hear everything in the er with no prior medical background. its amazing how much I've learned - the job itself is so, so easy. - overtime is always available, but never forced - independent work

      Cons

      - terrible raise. if they start you low then it will take years to get good pay. - high turnover due to the sometimes constant chaos of the environment. - clinical staff can be mean, especially when you're starting out on your own. it takes time to understand the work flow not just of your own but the whole place. er only is awesome when everyone is in sync
