Good company but went downhill
Pros
Friendly staff. I HAD a great team. They were my motivation to come into work beside care for the patients. For the most part I got along well with everyone. The supervisor I had was very nice and really cared about her team. Pay was ok.
Cons
The downfall happened once the company merged with North Shore. They lost a lot of great employees due to the fact. There are no paid holidays. So, you have to use your PTO. Around the holidays you use up your PTO and have nothing left if you don't have any. You will not be able to take any days off unless you have PTO available. I have a disability, and it was very hard for me to make my appointments. The stress may have caused PTSD and almost turned me away from healthcare. The also gave very low raises. Getting an extra $.25 was a luxury.
