Pros

That you have a job and you will get paid bi-weekly.

Cons

Hardly any communication amongst departments, very little benefits other than your bi-weekly check, unknowledgeable people in key positions, too upper/middle/management heavy, legal woes have caused serious financial strain for the organization, no evident vision or direction post the EEH take over, and very poor morale amongst staff that has caused high turnover.

Not many pros, except they paid on time

Cons

Mandatory OT, toxic upper management, terrible workplace conditions, cafeteria constantly shut down to health violations, poor pay, upper management plays favorites, including heads of nursing turning a blind eye to employees who put patients at risk, no accountability

The work of a microbiologist is amazing and fulfilling. Micro at Endeavor is advanced in machinery and has opportunities to learn advance you knowledge

Cons

The company is horrible. They expect you to do it all while being underpaid and overworked. They never promote you and overlook any request you have.
