      Pros

      When it was Edwards-Elmhurst, they may not have paid the most or done frilly things for the nurses, however they really stressed patient-centered care and nursing education, and most of all it felt more personal.

      Cons

      Once Endeavor Health came on board, really felt undervalued and like a warm body to sit it the nursing role. Left.
