      Pros

      Not a bad facility. Coworkers are nice Very diverse patients

      Cons

      Low pay, late hours, toxic management. Significant staff turnover. Benefits get worse year over year, don’t expect a significant raise until you move on. Management over the outpatient PT department micromanaged and created unnecessary issues

      Good Culture and Reasonable Patient Load

      Pros

      Their resource PCT position is amazing as a student. Extremely flexible, understanding management. Overall, just a good environment. Reasonable patient loads (usually ~8-10 patients) compared to many places averaging 12-15.

      Cons

      IT infrastructure a bit outdated. Some floors much nicer than others but again, overwhelmingly good experience. Obviously PCT work is hard and not glamorous.

      Pros

      Endeavor Health is a large, stable health system One of the largest health systems in Illinois with 8 hospitals and hundreds of outpatient locations. Internal transfers are relatively easy if you want to move into specialty clinics, urgent care, occupational health, research, or leadership.

      Cons

      Employee benefits are not good. There has been lots of changes due to recent merge.
