Pros

The other members of the team were fantastic (PTs, OTs, PTAs). Good collaboration and camaraderie.

Cons

Low pay, benefits mediocre, when equipment breaks corporate drags their feet a looooooong time to get it fixed. They show appreciation to professionals by giving us cookies. I would rather have my equipment fixed so it's safe for patients and therapists.

-great coworkers -amazing manager -patients are very kind (for the most part)

Cons

-a lot of "voluntold" work that is put onto you most of the time with no additional pay raise -poor base pay compared to other similar companies in the area -not fairly compensated for the amount of work you do -due to acquisitions things are constantly changing-- mostly for the worse.
