Fast growing company, no limit on upward movement in the company. Supportive coworkers and dedicated management. Happy customers. Long-standing accounts. Best product in the space.

Cons

Growth brings many challenges- hiring, training, processes, product. Ongoing investments in growth are needed.

Startup with room to grow

Pros

Company has navigated through the initial startup years and is gaining maturity in the field. Teams are collaborative, cooperative work environment. System platforms are a work in progress although development is working hard to create products that are at the cutting edge in Clinical Trials management. CEO on his second company and is improving on what he initially created in the first company. Production cycle is twice as fast as the nearest competitor (at least in terms of what is promised to clients).

Cons

Upper management disconnected from workers. Tends to have a cliquish feel (the folks who were around at company inception and several who are in the 'inner circle' and everyone else). Appears they do not know what they have until it is gone (which has created work flow issues when good people leave). Tendency to overload staff and not provide adequate resources to solve internal issues.

Cons

1. Very strict time lines. Sometimes it doesn't makes sense on how you're going to reach the goals. 2. There's not much learning in this job, you will be doing same stuff over and over
