      Great Small Company

      Pros

      They have a fantastic business model. They are innovating. Senior Management is very accessible and communicative. It's a big bank, asset-wise, but still feels like a small company. The company really works as a team. Priorities are clear and people work hard. I would still be there but I received a much better offer.

      Cons

      99% of the people are really great to work with. There are a few bad apples (1 or 2).

      Opportunity for grown, management is supportive and accessible. The bank has been growing the whole time I've worked here.

      Cons

      Too many projects attempting to be run simultaneously, change windows cause work/life issues.

      Pros

      Great company with lots of opportunities for advancement and competitive salaries! I worked for this company in the lending department for over 5 years and if my personal interest was in the banking industry I would gladly still be there. Their Management is interested in employees' personal growth and if you work hard they see to it that you are rewarded. I worked here while pursuing my Bachelors degree and they were very flexible with my schedule. I was also able to take advantage of their generous tuition reimbursement program that really helped out with tuition.

      Cons

      Weekends tend to get pretty busy, but that's the nature of the home improvement industry. Not really a con though because they pay employees a weekend premium.
