Pros

Solid benefits, some outstanding individuals/hustlers working. Lonely.

Cons

Can be a good place if you just focus on your work. Not particularly intellectually stimulating and many of the systems you have to deal with on the daily basis are unnecessarily difficult to work with. Lots of room for improvement.
