Pros

Work environment was pretty good until the company was taken over. Fun and free environment until takeover; lots of freedom within your area of work. Entreprenuerial environment until take over; good for risk takers. Employees were well paid.

Cons

After the company was taken over, work environment, unfortunately, became intolerable; new owners treated some senior level employees with disrespect. Former owners were not competent enough; poor leadership skills. Too much deduction from benefits.

Pros

Great career growth opportunities, excellent benefits and compensation, and an amazing work environment. The employee recognition program keeps the fuel running and stay motivated in my work! I am a firm believer of giving back to the community and Enercare's newly introduced social responsibility program helps us take care of families in the community. Great managers and a strong leadership team!

Cons

There is not anything I can think of. The company constantly strives to do better for its employees and customers.
