You can find some great people. Lots of opportunity to try to grow if you get on peoples good side.

Cons

Unions. Old community of employees with long service history. Outside of that it is kleeky.

Pros

Good commission rates. Very good installations in some areas. Fast service to customers and a great group of service teck's.

Cons

Will claw back your commission if anything goes wrong. Not a good marketing department. Top management cares only about bottom line and not about the staff. Company doesn't control leads by the Teck's so if you are new hard to get Teck leads.
