      Pros

      Guaranteed 40hrs a week, Great team to work with.

      Cons

      Upper management not to be trusted. They changed the team reward system, not telling the employees that you have to sell a furnace otherwise no team reward. HVAC not my field of expertise. Company increases dividends for share holders but short change their employees. Why go the extra mile for the company.

      - Large head office, good location - Diverse environment - Good benefits plan - Great teams/ peers

      Cons

      - Very little room for advancement - Top down culture. Management team needs to improve communication - Compensation is not transparent and the annual merit is very low - Divided culture and little consistency between managers. - Poor management and little done to develop and improve managers - Work/life balance is not great (depending on your manager)
