The company offers a comfortable interview process and a casual work environment. During initial training period, you are offered the opportunity to customize your work space to your needs under the premise of improving your work output.
Cons
Management is disorganized and does not communicate. Gross misrepresentation of position expectations, including negotiated hours and benefits. The "family friendly" and "open door" policies are simply a facade that hides the toxic culture filled with deception, unreasonable demands, and no channels through which you can remedy grievances.
