8yHR always maintains an open door policy for all employees. However as an employee of Enerco, there are various avenues to raise concerns outside of an HR contact. Aside from being able to discuss issues with your immediate Manager, Director or VP of the respective department, the entire Senior Leadership Team is receptive to speaking with any team member in the organization. In addition, there are company suggestion boxes that allow employees to submit confidential and anonymous comments and suggestions.
