exceptionally rare to be expected to put in overtime or adjust hours to be outside of normal schedule.

Cons

the company revolved around branding and marketing a few cheap simple product lines. No actual growth or challenges in the company, and reviews resulted in job title adjustments without adjustment to compensation.
