Pros

great family owned company that doesn't feel like a big company. They truly care about the company and the people that work for them.

Cons

We grow at times to fast and its hard to grow with the business. As a company we tend to be reactive instead of proactive.

Technical Service manager is a creep

Pros

They make an honest effort to train you for the tech service job, which isn’t very common in other places. Coworkers are friendly and there’s a feeling of camaraderie as you suffer through each day.

Cons

Unorganized atmosphere. You get the feeling that every department is in it for themselves. Honesty the job wouldn’t have been so bad if the technical service manager stopped gawking at my chest once in a while. His attempts to flirt made it even worse and I was just happy to get out of there.
