Pros

Working at Enerco in the short amount of time I have been with the company has allowed me to grow in so many ways professionally and personally. Everyone is very nice. It is a very diverse environment and everyone is like family.

Cons

Communication between departments can be challenging, however, they are working to improve that with individual and team meetings.
