Pros

Wonderful leadership, family oriented, great benefits as an employee, treated as an important part of a team and not just a number, always looking to improve and listens to employees' ideas or concerns.

Cons

The pace of work is seasonal, however, this is supposed to change to a more consistent workflow throughout the year.

Great place to work!

Pros

My previous positions were for big corporate companies, so this is a sigh of relief! I love the more blue collar feeling to this company. Everyone is laid back and this is the first place I've ever worked where you can feel comfortable talking to upper and middle management and HR, about work or personal. No one is viewed as being below anyone else. There is a lot of flexibility and a real work/life balance. Great bonuses! I don't dread going in to work, which I did for some of my previous corporate jobs. I do feel like I have job security. Overall, I'm very happy to be working here!

Cons

There are only 2 cons in my mind. First is training. There are a lot of things that happen after being hired to introduce the products and all of that, but in regard to the actual position you're hired for, there's not much at all. Most of what I've learned, I have learned on my own. When people come to me with questions and I don't know the answer, it gets frustrating because with the amount of time I've been with the company, I should definitely know more by now. It makes me feel stupid even though I know it's not me! When I am able to get some formal training, it's usually interrupted by something else or postponed altogether. I just want to know and succeed at my job! It confuses me as to why this is an issue as it seems so basic. The 2nd con is the vibe between the departments in the office. There is a lot of high school drama that is quite unnecessary given the fact that we are all adults. This is being actively worked on; however, in the mean time, it makes what is a great place to work stressful where it doesn't have to be.
