Pros
If you think stress free, laid back jobs with a family oriented setting and pays good to start are just a thing, you'd be wrong. After 16 years at my previous job, I was asked to come to Enerco by a friend of mine and I was hesitant to jump ship, I really was. I don't like changes, but after I had a walk thru with one of the managers, I couldn't believe how well ran it was and how polite the people I spoke to were. I know every job says the same thing, but honestly I was overly surprised how genuine everyone was. And I really mean everyone! All they ask for is to be on time and you do your job the best you can, that's it! seriously, it was that simple. The job is not difficult or overwhelmimg and never have I ever thought if I can't get this done, I'm going to hear it from management. The company really looks out for us. Ownership talks to you almost daily, like they've known you for years. They ask about how you're doing, if you need anything and they encourage you to talk to them about anything. And the perks? More than I thought I'd be given. Numerous times a month they buy lunches, 3 weeks vacation when you're hired! Events they throw every year! cornhole tournament every summer while on the clock! This doesn't happen with to many companies. And of course nice raises and BONUSES every year I've been here. I honestly have been stress free and headache free about coming to work the last almost six years. These are the things I tell people, who ask, what it's like to work at Enerco. I'm telling you, it really is a great place to work. I've turned down jobs at Ford and a management position for an airline to stay here. Honestly people, just give Enerco a shot, you'll be really surprised at how good it is here. REMEMBER THE PERKS Bonuses good raises cookouts- more than you think 3 weeks vacation when hired in and WEEKENDS OFF theres more to come too
Cons
Honestly, the only con I can think of is they ask you to be on time and do your job. Is that even a con? LOL
